Program of Work

Our Program of Work highlights the goals, projects, and leadership initiatives our chapter pursued/plans to pursue this year. Through service, leadership, and career development, our members work together to make a positive impact in our school and community while growing as leaders in Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America.

Chapter Officer Planning Night

Objective: Strategically plan all chapter events for the year.

Activities:

- Officer team held a planning night to set chapter events

- Organize projects, fundraisers, meetings, and recruitment event.

Timeline: June 16-17, 2025

Responsible: Chapter Officer Team

Evaluation:

- Planning night established a clear calendar and helped the chapter execute events smoothly.

National Program Participation

Objective: Engage in all FCCLA national programs.

Activities:

- Officer team was assigned to be committee heads for each program.

- Organized activities, promoted member participation, and tracked progress.

Timeline: Year-long

STAR Event Competition

Objective: Have a minimum of 14 members compete in STAR events.

Activities:

- Promote STAR Events at meetings and recruitment activities.

Timeline: August-December 2025

Responsible: Chapter Officer Team and FCCLA Advisor

Evaluation:

- Six members competed, gaining leadership, presentation, and career skills. Four out of the six members have gained gold in our advancing to state.

Annual Fun & Engagement Meetings

Objective: Keep members engaged, connected, and enjoying FCCLA throughout the year.

Activities:

- Host fun social events where members play games, do crafts, and interact with peers.

- Provide a relaxed environment for members to connect and feel included.

Timeline: Periodically throughout the year.

Responsible: Chapter Officer Team and FCCLA Advisor

Evaluation:

- Members have shown excitement and participation in FCCLA activities; feedback and observation indicates meetings are fun and engaging.
